What a surprise as I passed a Spanish garden with the gate open yesterday.....a waterwheel as a piece of garden art. And an old farm cart.

I think you can just about see the caulis and broccoli in the distance.
Creating a garden since 2003 out of an old orchard, a barley field and a building site on the windy coast of southern Andalucia, Spain. Welcome. I hope you enjoy my rambles and pictures and, hopefully, a bit of warmth if you're in cooler climes.

Oh, it must be wonderful having fresh cauliflower & broccoli. I love your cat.
The waterwheel is really cool!
Love the water wheel. Well done with the veg, u make me feel guilty, its one thing I have never got around to. I have mine delivered from the local organic farmers........bit to easy. I get nice fruit and veg...they get local support.
Love your cat...but Nella the terrible terrier wouldn't!
Kate. Very enjoyable visiting your blog again. It's amazing how much you pack into your life. So creative.
Hi Cheryl. I popped over for a look at yours again....love the mahonia and the ferns. I lived in Penzance before coming here and there was monster gunnera in the local park - over 5M tall.
