Farewell to Dermy.

EL SUPREMO. Sad to say, Dermy lost his battle with a heart complaint this week. He was nearly 20, was a much-travelled cat and a real character. Our friends, his owners, have been at the vets almost daily for the last few months and Dermy, due to their t.l.c., kept rallying round. It was not to be though, he was just too tired.

Enjoying an English springtime last year.
Fare thee well Dermy. You have given us a lot of pleasure in the short time we've known you and you will always be in our hearts.

Nearly 20 is a very good age for a kittycat to go. Dermy has led a long and wonderful life with owners who cared so very much about him. Not every cat is that fortunate, as we all know.

Of course he will be sadly missed, we all miss our sweet kitties when they go. No person in her or his right mind would ever want to do without hers or his beloved furry angel. But, and that's the only negative I could ever find about cats, they do not live as long as we do.

Goodbye sweet Dermy, rest in peace.

I lost my Persian Chuck at the same age as Dermy and also to heart failure. sigh

Dermy was a beauiful cat. It is always sad when we have to say goodbye for ever to a beloved pet. The memories are a comfort.
